Spare parts

FTSM GmbH has a wide range of spare and accessory parts. New and refurbished parts can be offered, also in exchange. If you should require specific spare or accessory parts, then FTSM Foam Tech Services & Machines GmbH will in this case also endeavour to assist you as quickly as possible.

You will provide the required spare parts. If you are not able to do so, then FTSM GmbH will deliver these or will attempt, also on your request, to procure them for you. Because it can occasionally be difficult to obtain these for older machines or over time they are discontinued from the market, it is recommended to obtain an inventory of them ahead of time. A joint solution can be quickly found in the course of a personal meeting.

If possible, defective assemblies will be revised instead of replacing them immediately. However, should a replacement be necessary, then FTSM GmbH will perform it – following consultation.
